Our core and goal in business development is to carefully reinvent the strategy and passageway to a higher level of achievement in providing our client better understanding and insight of the current and upcoming business scenario today. One of our successful project developments is the progression with Green Sustainable Venture (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., in the acquisition of the 20MW Ground Mount Solar in Bavet. The project was inaugurated with the award of the Power Purchase Agreement in August 2019. The plant kick into operation in year 2022.
Amongst other consideration in the project development beside the resources, team and consultation are the market surveys with insight analysis, marketing strategy, business package and commercial offer packet. The combination of these sections will provide clear direction of the planned executions and goal succession can be achieved with the reduction of risk factor.
