Management Venture Asia (Cambodia) Ltd (MVA) has opened a new chapter in the company’s history by participating in the 1st Cambodia-International Science, Technology & Innovation Expo 2023 recently in Phnom Penh with the cliche ‘Building Foundation for All’.
Held under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI), the expo had 250 booths from sectors like agro-industry, climate change, digital enhance health, digital technology, embassies, energy, public sector, startup businesses, universities, water, mechanical and electronic industry. The expo was launched by Prime Minister Hun Sen. Kitti Settha Pandita Cham Prasidh, MISTI Minister accompanied him at the event.
MVA participated in the expo to promote renewable, sustainable energy development and solution, electrification and waste management to illustrate the dependences and significant role that energy plays in our day to day life.
MVA took part in the event with a motto: Future Energy Dimension-Delivery, Affordability & Influence. The global progression towards energy solutions has come to an understanding and dimensions are set out to have a better, safer and reliable energy delivery and generation with an affordability not just to the pricing wise but access to all over the world. Joining the MVA booth at J11 in the expo is its healthcare partners QNET Groups and Soma Medical.
MVA Director Salah Essa appraised the action brought by the MISTI and Cambodian Government with the expo establishment marking the commendatory initiative by the government in promoting and raising awareness towards better exploration in industry, science, technology and innovation exposure. He pointed out that with current MVA development, the company participation will be an eye opener of the latest technology implementation that the company has to offer.
On QNET’s participation, Pushpalatha Balan, Regional General Manager of South East Asia Region said, “We are excited to participate in the 1st Cambodia-Inter-national Science, Technology & Innovation (STI) Expo and showcase our products and business opportunity to the people of Cambodia. We hope to promote entrepreneurship, create employment opportunities and contribute to the growth of Cambodia.”
Soma Medical founder Leonard D Cruz and Consultant for SEA Emerging Economies Ravi Raj said that Soma and MVA have been collaborating in providing innovative solutions for preventing cross contamination infections based on basic principles of hygiene practice.
